I might have just accomplished my greatest creation in the kitchen -- Cobb style salad. In classical no-fun Shin fashion, it is without dressing or added salts/additives, but it does include 3 ounces of romaine lettuce sitting under one and a third strips of turkey bacon, two egg whites, 1/3 of a medium avacado, and a half pound of chicken. Portioned out perfectly to three servings of an estimated 418 calories of healthy goodness.
