You know something that really gets me angry? People who are riding their bikes, but not wearing their helmets -- despite the fact that they have it with them. It's either attached to their backpack or handlebars or something, somewhere, other than their head. You have the damn helmet, why isn't it on your head? If you think you're gonna look stupid with it on, guess how you look having it on you in plain sight, but not wearing it! Either leave it at home, or put it on your head and snap it into place -- simple as that.
I'm all about safety for my fellow human beings. Ride safe!
On a side note, did anyone see Richie Sexson charging the mound in yesterday's Rangers-Mariners game? Outta control! He might have thrown his batting helmet at the pitcher, but too bad he couldn't help beat a run onto the scoreboard.
