My life of occasionally not getting enough sleep and erratic eating habits (sometimes one meal a day, sometimes too many meals a day) are starting to catch up -- I have fat. Rolls of it. The tricky part is that I can't really see it until I have my shirt off. My legs and arms seem to be the same size, as all of the fat seems to be confined to my torso area. How does that happen? I'd rather have it evenly distributed throughout my body, but since it can't really be seen I'm not motived to do more cardio to offset it. What I really need to do is get back to my roots, and have specifically portioned out meal plans prepared for the week. I never thought my lanky self would say this, but I need to go on a diet!
