I'm trying to cultivate my green thumbness and get a mini-lawn on my desk. This is my second attempt -- the first one went great, except for the fact that I didn't really cut it and it got out of control, resulting in it growing into a clone of me and trying to usurp my identity (I have suspicions that my teddy bear, Blund, orchestrated this nefarious ploy). After a rough and tumble battle in which both of us exchanged fist blows falling out of my balcony before duking it out Rocky V style on 7th Ave., I was able to subdue the doppleganger by blasting it with a jury-rigged salt-water containing cannon. I went to OCB by myself afterwards to celebrate.
I have a second mini-lawn growing on my balcony now, but it doesn't seem to be doing as well as the one in my room -- not sure why. Maybe it's warmer inside?
